I created this space for people who carry too much on their own. My aim is to make deep, somatic therapy a seamless part of life, offering you a professional space to find your ground safely, without the added pressure of a commute.

I support adults worldwide navigating the heavy, "in-between" seasons of life. Whether you are overwhelmed by the mental load of caregiving, overrun by career demands, struggling to express yourself in relationships, or feeling the weight of loneliness and a loss of direction, you are in the right place.

I’m a therapist practicing Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, helping people untangle the overwhelm of modern life.

My style is warm, present, and grounded. I’m not here to analyze or assess you; I’m here to truly get to know you. I walk with you through your difficulties and support you as we figure out your unique way to heal from whatever burdens you.

The safety of your own space fosters the openness needed to change long-standing patterns. This approach helps your nervous system find its way back to balance so you can finally reconnect with your inner compass.

•  MSc in Physiotherapy with nearly 20 years of experience.

•  Postgraduate trained in Body-Oriented Psychotherapy (Gestalt).

•  Lifelong Learner: Driven by a passion for studying about holistic health. From Ayurveda and Nutrition to Mindfulness, Yoga and Pilates.

•  Global Experience: Two decades of working with people from diverse cultures, observing how we grow through both bodily practices and deeper connection with each other. 

My Approach

My work integrates mind, body, and emotions through Gestalt therapy, a creative, "here and now", psychotherapeutic approach. Rather than just talking about problems, we use mindful experiments such as movement, dream work, and creative forms of self-expression to explore what is unfolding in the present moment.

By facilitating mind-body connection, your nervous system finds its way back to balance and your self-awareness expands - turning "stuck" patterns into real opportunities for growth.

On a Personal Note

•  Polish-born, I have navigated life across France, Denmark, Switzerland, and Belgium over the last 11 years.

•  Living in cross-cultural relationships has been one of my greatest teachers in identity, communication, and resilience.

•  I find my own "ground" through a love for dogs, nature, foreign cultures, movement, and music.

•  I feel a deep connection to broadly understood spirituality and have a long-standing hobby in astrology as a source of ancient symbolic knowledge.

•  Life is for me a beautiful opportunity to grow through experiencing polarities. I am honored to learn something new about It from the unique journey shared with every client I meet.

For over five years, I have been working within the field of consciousness. I accompany clients through transformative processes that shift life’s direction, whether in personal relationships, professional paths, finances, or health.

The goal of my work is to identify the specific events where your energy (or spirit) became stuck, creating a lingering sense of heaviness, recurring anxiety, emptiness, or a lack of self-belief. By utilizing Systemic Constellations and Meditation, we locate these blocks and release the "weight" that isn't yours to carry. This process allows you to move forward with a restored sense of flow and a clear connection to your own potential.

Gestalt is a practice of active discovery. When words aren't enough, we turn to mindful experiments like shifting your posture, using creative imagery or focusing on specific senses. These techniques serve to broaden your awareness of your thoughts, feelings and physical presence. This allows us to bypass the logical mind, which often hides what the body already knows, and opens the door to entirely new possibilities.

Our therapeutic relationship is a vital part of your healing journey. It provides a safe, co-created environment to explore how you relate to yourself and others. I am an active partner in your process, helping you to gain insight into your life outside of the therapy sessions.

In many forms of therapy, the focus is on talking about the past. In Gestalt, we shift our attention to what is happening right now. Your memories and history are alive in how you breathe, move, and feel in this very moment. Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly, I can provide detailed invoices for my services.

What are your rates?

My current rate is 50 EUR for a 75 minute session. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can explore whether we’re a good fit before getting started.

How often will we meet?

To build meaningful momentum, most clients begin with weekly sessions. However, we can customize this rhythm to suit your goals and life demands. We will stay in constant dialogue to ensure the pace of our work feels effective and sustainable for you.

Does therapy work also online?

Definitely. Online therapy provides the same clinical efficacy as in-person sessions with the added benefit of flexibility. It allows us to build a consistent, meaningful therapeutic relationship that fits naturally into your schedule, wherever you are in the world.

How long will I need to be in therapy?

Therapy is a journey rather than a quick fix. Some people find relief in a few months, while others prefer longer-term support as they navigate deeper layers of self-discovery. We will check in regularly and decide the pace together, ensuring the work always aligns with your current needs.
